Feeling tired, mentally drained or life can sometimes feel heavier that it should - Even when you are doing everything you're meant to be doing.
You’re not alone — and it doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. I support you to understand what is happening in your mind and body under stress, and give you practical ways to feel calmer, clearer and more in control of your day-to-day life.

During a 15-minute chat we talk about what has been feeling difficult for you, what you would like to feel different, and whether I’m the right person to support you. There is no pressure to commit to anything.
If you choose to continue, we then work together step by step using practical tools to help you manage stress, improve clarity and rebuild confidence in everyday life.

Modern work demands constant attention, decision-making and pressure, and many people feel mentally overloaded, tired or unable to switch off.
I deliver practical workplace sessions that help teams understand what stress does to the mind and body — and more importantly what they can do about it.
I explain the science in a simple, relatable way so people understand why they feel overwhelmed, wired or exhausted — and how to reset.
During the session participants practice simple techniques including breathing exercises, guided focus techniques and creative hands-on activities they can use afterwards.
The aim is not just awareness, but practical change — people leave with tools they have already experienced and feel confident using in everyday life.

I am a UK-qualified pharmacist with over 20 years’ experience supporting people with their health and wellbeing.
Over time I saw that many people were not simply unwell — they were mentally exhausted, overwhelmed by responsibility and gradually losing confidence in themselves.
My work focuses on helping you understand what is happening in your mind and body under pressure, and giving you practical ways to respond differently. When you understand why you feel the way you do, things begin to feel manageable again — and confidence naturally rebuilds.
Alongside healthcare, I also built an award-winning jewellery business. Through this I experienced how focused creative activity helps quieten mental noise and allows the brain to reset.
For this reason some sessions include simple guided creative exercises. This is not about artistic ability — it gives the mind space to slow down so techniques are easier to absorb and use in real life.
In addition to pharmacy, I have trained in coaching, behaviour change, communication skills, breathwork and meditation and crystal wellness
This allows me not only to explain what is happening, but to help you apply practical changes in everyday life.
