I’m a UK-qualified pharmacist as well as a coach and behaviour-change practitioner. Over time I realised many people didn’t need more information — they needed understanding, reassurance, and simple ways to feel steady again.
My work helps you understand what is happening in your mind and body under pressure, and gives you clear, practical steps you can use in everyday life.

Why I Do This Work
For a long time I balanced many roles — professional, business owner, wife and mother — and from the outside everything appeared to be going well. Yet I experienced periods where I felt mentally overloaded, uncertain and disconnected from myself.
That experience helped me understand something important: people often continue coping outwardly while quietly struggling internally. They don’t always need fixing — they need space, understanding and the right guidance.
It changed how I see health and wellbeing. I began to see that clarity, confidence and emotional steadiness are just as important as physical health.
Because of this, my approach is not about judgement or pressure. It is about helping you make sense of what you are experiencing and supporting you to move forward in a calmer and clearer way.
