MY STORY

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have spent my career supporting people with their health, wellbeing and everyday challenges.

As a UK-qualified pharmacist, I saw how many people were doing their best to cope on the outside, yet privately feeling mentally exhausted, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves.

Over time, I realised that many people do not simply need more information.

They need understanding.
They need practical support.
They need guidance that works in real life.

My own life experiences deepened that understanding even further.

I came to recognise how stress can quietly affect confidence, clarity, emotional steadiness and the ability to enjoy life — even when everything appears “fine” from the outside.

That insight led me to expand my training in coaching, behaviour change, wellbeing practices and mindset support, so I could help people more fully.

Today, I combine professional expertise with lived understanding to help people feel calmer, clearer, stronger and more in control again.


WHY I DO THIS WORK


There was a period in my life when I experienced significant stress, pressure and low confidence.

Like many people, I continued functioning, carrying responsibilities and keeping everything moving — while internally feeling mentally overloaded and far from myself.

That chapter taught me something important:

Lasting change does not come from quick fixes or being told to simply “push through”.

Real change takes persistence, support, guidance and continuity.

It takes understanding what stress is doing to both the mind and body — and learning how to work with yourself rather than against yourself.

During that time, creativity became part of my recovery.

Designing jewellery, working with beauty, texture and meaningful objects helped calm mental noise, rebuild confidence and reconnect me with myself.

Long before I knew the term, I was experiencing what is now recognised as neuro-aesthetics — the positive impact that beauty, environment, touch and sensory experiences can have on emotional wellbeing.

That journey inspired me to keep learning, keep growing and create a more meaningful way of helping others.


This work is not just professional to me. It is personal.


HOW MY APPROACH WORKS


I believe wellbeing should be personalised, practical and sustainable.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution.

Some people need help calming the nervous system.
Some need confidence rebuilding.
Some need clarity, emotional support or healthier habits.
Most need a combination.

My work brings together clinical knowledge, behavioural science, lived experience and practical wellbeing support.

I am a UK-qualified pharmacist with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate health, stress and everyday life pressures.

Over time, I expanded my training beyond traditional healthcare so I could support the whole person — mind, body, behaviour and environment.

This unique blend allows me to offer support that is both evidence-informed and deeply practical.

My Approach

I believe lasting change often starts with the body first.
