I am a UK-qualified pharmacist with over 20 years’ experience supporting people with health, wellbeing and behaviour change.
Over time, I saw that many people were not simply unwell — they were mentally exhausted, overwhelmed and disconnected from themselves.
That is why my work now focuses on helping people regulate stress, rebuild confidence and create lasting change using practical tools that work in everyday life.
Alongside healthcare, I built an award-winning jewellery business and saw how creative focus can quiet mental noise, restore calm and improve wellbeing.
This is why some sessions include simple guided creative exercises designed to reduce stress and help the mind reset.
My training includes coaching, behaviour change, NLP, counselling skills, breathwork, meditation and crystal wellness.
This allows me to support both the mind and body — helping clients understand what is happening and know how to move forward.
